Custom racing simulator PCs for iRacing, Assetto Corsa and triple-screen or VR rigs

Sim racing punishes a weak PC. Frame drops on a triple-screen rig or in VR can cost you a corner, or a race. Uncle Mark Custom PCs builds custom racing simulator PCs to your required spec, sized for your screens, your wheel and the titles you actually race.

Software we build for

  • iRacing, the competitive online standard (subscription)
  • Assetto Corsa EVO, with modern visuals and growing fast
  • Assetto Corsa Competizione (GT racing)
  • Automobilista 2, Le Mans Ultimate, Assetto Corsa (the modding king), F1 titles and BeamNG.drive

Recommended PC builds

  • CPU is critical: strong single-thread speed and cache. The AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D (or a similar X3D chip) is the current sweet spot.
  • Memory: 32 GB DDR5 is standard (16 GB minimum; 64 GB only for heavy streaming plus VR).
  • GPU:
    • Single 1440p: RTX 5060 Ti / 5070 class
    • Triple 1440p or high settings: RTX 5070 Ti / 5080
    • Triple 4K or high-end VR: RTX 5080 / 5090
  • Storage: 1–2 TB+ fast NVMe, because sims and content add up quickly.
  • Good USB bandwidth and cooling for long sessions and lots of peripherals.

Screens and peripherals

The most common serious setup is triple 1440p monitors, or a single ultrawide. VR (Quest 3 or higher-end) is popular and demanding. Typical rigs add a direct-drive wheel base (Fanatec ClubSport DD+ and similar, 10–15 Nm+), load-cell or hydraulic pedals, a shifter, handbrake and button boxes, all on a fixed or motion cockpit.

How ordering works

  1. Tell us about your setup: the software you use, your display or headset, your peripherals and your budget.

  3. Mark builds it: every component is checked for compatibility, assembled by the owner, and cable-managed with care.
  4. Delivery: delivery to Ottawa and Montreal is included at no extra charge. Shipping elsewhere in Canada is by custom quote.
